iPad 4 Part Leaked ahead of iPad Mini Launch

Ahead of iPad Mini launch, 4th generation iPad’s lightning dock connector has been leaked into wild. The first hardware leak purporting to show an iPad 4 part comes from BGR, which delivered the photo showing a re-designed dock connector. The photo compares the iPad 4 dock connector to the iPad mini dock.

The sources told BGR that the part is not the refreshed lightning dock connector for the 3rd generation iPad which will be launched on October 23rd alongside iPad Mini. The report further adds that the 4th generation iPad will feature a redesigned interior to accommodate different components.

Are these the very first images of Apple’s iPad 4?
