BGR today confirmed that next-generation iPhone 5 will be launching anytime between 15-30th of September, with an all-hands-on-deck policy in place for employees that will extend through to the middle of October. According to their internal sources, AT&T has rescheduled a large training event for regional its employees from the first week of October due to a conflict with a “huge announcement.”

According to a trusted AT&T (T) source, the carrier is currently planning to launch Apple’s (AAPL) next-generation iPhone during the third or fourth week of September, with an all-hands-on-deck policy in place for employees that will extend through to the middle of October.

Every year, AT&T asks its employees to finish new product related training as large numbers of people are expected to arrive at AT&T Stores. During the same timeframe the company hires extra staff for a new product launch. Perhaps any vacations for the last two weeks of September would be denied due to an event blackout in anticipation of next generation iPhone launch. The company blocks employees from taking vacations in order to handle a sharp increase in sales and service traffic stemming from a new product launch.

The report squares perfectly with the earlier rumors we’ve been hearing about the upcoming iPhone 5 to hit retail stores in September this year. Apple is expected to announce the next generation iPhone 5 on Wednesday, September 12, followed by launch on September 21. Via [BGR]
