The folks at Apple.pro have nabbed the iPad 3 images, apparently emanating from one of Apple’s Asian suppliers, which purportedly show the back part of the rear shell leaked few hours back. Those leaked images suggested a larger battery and redesigned logic board. Judging from these photos, it looks as if the iPad 3 won’t stray too far from its lineage.
Details on the pair are light, but the camera appears closer to the edge. In addition, Anthony posted photo of dismantled smart cover magnets suggesting the iPad 3 to share the same Smart Cover as the iPad 2.
Expected features for the next-generation iPad 3 ranges from an A6 quad-core chipset, an improved camera, better gaming graphics, increased RAM and of course Siri. Analyst believes that iPad 3 will be launched as early as in March, but thus far Apple is keeping quiet on precise timings for its launch.
